Our services include but are not limited to ECU remapping, dyno testing, turbo upgrades, and performance exhaust system installation. All services are subject to vehicle suitability assessment and customer agreement before work commences.

Liability

Desertboosttune performs all tuning and modification work with professional care and expertise. However, performance modifications inherently carry risks, and customers acknowledge the following:

• Power increases may affect vehicle warranty coverage with the original manufacturer.
• Modified vehicles must comply with applicable Australian road laws and emissions regulations.
• Dyno-reported figures represent workshop conditions and may vary in real-world driving.
• Customers are responsible for informing their insurer of any performance modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Desertboosttune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Customers retain all rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
